Astra Studios is the Holding Company of People Television which began operations as a successful independent film production house in 1995 with the steadfast purpose of developing and strengthening family values and ethics. The company is headed by Francisco Zamora, recognized leading producer of international stature.
Our firm has developed a core team of experienced technical and administrative personnel in production and creative areas. Chief amongst those projects is the educational biographical video series: "Autógrafo" as well as a successful 17 years relationship with Telemundo, Univision and WAPA TV.
Our services and team of professionals include the departments of: production, editing, operations, marketing, technical and administrative support. We’ve produced more than 10,000 hours of television - with every single one of those frames bearing our motto of 'commitment to excellence'. In 2014, “Salsa and Flavors” was produced and is increasing our reach to international markets. In 2015 we premiered, "Hit3001.com" a new and exciting reality show for entrepreneurs, transmitted by Telemundo, Univisión Puerto Rico and Puerto Rico TV, channel 6.

With the acquisition of a landmark space in the music industry in Puerto Rico (previously known as the highly successful and world renown Ochoa Recording Studios), People Televisión, moved its production offices to what now is called Astra Studios, LLC.
This same year, Astra became People’s holding company and a one-stop shop for all music and voice over’s needs in the puertorrican market. Soon Astra Studio has turned in a world class recording and rehearsing facilities for not only musicians, but also producers, cinematographers, screenwriters, students and professionals in all the entertainment industry.
After 20 years of establishing People Televisión Inc, the company has grown into a international full studio falilities with a whide range of services, productions and proyets that positions Astra Studios as a top noch creative service company.
